G & J Silt Fencing, Inc. was established in 2003 as a silt fence installation contractor. The President, Geoff Cutsy, was working on his master’s degree at Michigan Technological University, when he and his business partner saw a market for silt fence installers. After class and on weekends, they installed silt fence throughout Michigan's Upper Peninsula as a means to help pay for their tuition.
Seven years later, G & J, now solely owned, has evolved into a full-service soil erosion and landscape company, G & J Site Solutions.
We continually achieve excellence through determination, focus, timeliness, and FTE (First Time Effectively), all the while doing so within the project specifications and the budget determined.
G & J Site Solutions, Inc. is now servicing Michigan, Wisconsin and Northern Minnesota with a list of products and services including guardrail, landscaping, soil erosion and site stabilization. G&J’s projects range anywhere from residential landscaping, major highway, marine construction and utility improvement projects .
